1. Returns
You have [30] days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on your card issuer.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us at support@honeycoco.net
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
